    Infertility therapy – treatment of pelvic malfunction when conceiving difficulties Helping with:

    Bossu Core – exercise using body balance for enhacing your core stabilisators. Helps with back pain mainly. Bossu training is great precaution of sports injuries.

    Power yoga
    – using yoga positions dutiny prevention and post traumatic physiotherapy. Improving joint flexibility, great precaution of back pain, improving body perception, helping with focusing and learning how to breathe efficiently.

    Pilates
    - Pilates movements coming out of your abdominal and pelvis area. Basic principal is to realisation of every single movement of your muscles under total breath control. Shapes your muscles greatly.

    BossuCardio
    - aerobic group exercise using Bossu balls as a stepper to step onto. Similar to step aerobic with no impact on spine and joints. During the class we keep our heart beat in aerobic zone.

    Newtrek
    – aerobic group exercise using specially developed Newtrek Cross trainers. Apart from spinning classes we are using upper body when exercising as well. We keep the eye on our heart beat frequency in aerobic zone.

    Spinning Body  spinnig exercise combined with muscle toning. 30min spinning/30min toning.
